Warranty

DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Billing and Payment terms

Your credit card will be charged $14.99 by Discountdomainregistry.com/DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. for each domain registration year you ordered.
The $14.99 fee per domain year is a nonrefundable one-time fee for new registrations. We will not issue a refund if the domain was mis-spelled during registration. We will not bill you, subsequently, or renew your domain automatically. We will, however, send expiration notices to the listed domain contacts, via e-mail.
Fraudulent orders will be automatically cancelled without notice. If we suspect fraud we will send an e-mail to the admin contact to verify the authenticity of the order. Please follow instructions in the e-mail, so that we do not cancel the order.
We charge $14.99 for each domain registration year. Any extra services such as free web hosting, e-mail and web forwarding and DNS management, are provided as is and are not guaranteed for the life of the registration. The registrant agrees not to hold DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. responsible for providing any of its extra services.
We charge $14.99 per year for domain renewal orders. Renewal orders are processed instantly and can under no circumstance be cancelled after they are placed via the web.
We charge $14.99 per domain for domain transfer orders. The $14.99 charge is for our attempt to transfer the domain registration to us, which will result in the domain's renewal for one year, if successful. The transfer fee is non-refundable, even if the transfer ultimately fails. We will resubmit the transfer request as many times as needed, free of charge. Please contact us via http://discountdomainregistry.com/crm/ and do not place the transfer order again via the web, so that you are not charged again.
Once you have successfully submitted your order for a domain registration, renewal or transfer, you cannot cancel the order and we will not refund the associated fees. Please review your order carefully before placing it. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Damages

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to negligence, shall DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. or an DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. 's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise exceed the amount paid by you to DiscountDomainRegistry, Inc. , if any, that is related to the cause of action.
